Is Tap Tap only a delivery booking system?
No. Logistics is one part of the platform. Tap Tap also brings together site records, workforce workflows, audits and sustainability. Your proposal defines the modules included for your project.
Can I call a hoist from my floor?
Yes. Our Call the Hoist app can be configured for the floors served by your site’s hoists. Tap the floor’s NFC tag or scan its QR code to request a pickup. Drivers can accept or decline a request, and the requester receives pickup ETA updates. Once one driver accepts, the call is removed from the other driver’s available requests.
Can the system match our site’s way of working?
Yes. We discuss your gates, lifting resources, booking rules, user roles and reporting during discovery. Existing capabilities are configured where suitable, with bespoke development scoped separately where needed.
Can we use our own company branding?
Project branding and branded outputs can be included in the agreed setup. We confirm the required logos, templates and customer-facing experience with you before rollout.
How do we get a price or arrange a demonstration?
